HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:

On behalf of the members of the House of Representatives of the 124th General Assembly of Ohio, we are pleased to extend special recognition to DesignOvations, Inc., on receiving the 2001 Innovative Best Practice Award from the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce. This Prestigious honor is, indeed, a fitting tribute to DesignOvations, Inc., for this fine company has consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise, as well as an exceptional commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards. Due to the outstanding effort and initiative exhibited by its staff, DesignOvations has achieved a tremendous record of service and growth, and this noteworthy enterprise is deserving of high praise. The success of DesignOvations, Inc., is a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on the business itself, but also on the astute management of its owner, Mary Kay Hansen, and on the community as well. DesignOvations has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area, and we are certain that, in the years to come, the company will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which it has become known. Starting with an idea, DesignOvations has secured patents, developed product models, found a manufacturer, secured packaging and importing connections, and established advertising and marketing campaigns, and after selling well locally, its product, the BLADEater®, is about to be marketed nationally and internationally. Due to the outstanding effort and initiative it has displayed, the business has achieved a tremendous record of service to the community, and this noteworthy enterprise is certainly deserving of high praise.
